Dim River (Dimçay in Turkish ) is truly a summer paradise! From the sparkling crystal Dam lake and rich green forests to the towering mountain peaks, Dim River is a mountain playground unlike any other. Discover the beauty and history of the Dim River area with our guided hiking adventures!
This hike is unique in that we spend the entire day at or near treeline, which makes it a committing venture in terms of exposure to altitude, sun and wind,. If you’re up for an adventure, this hike is a great choice!
The summit of Mt. Cebelireis (1649 mt) is the 15th highest mountain in Alanya and boasts some of the best views in the area. We’ll enjoy sweeping views throughout our hike, but once at the summit point of our hike the views explode in all directions. We’ll soak up expansive vistas that include the Taurus Mountains, the Hübelen Hill, Mt. Sivri, Ladin Mountain, Yuvak Peak, Karakusak Mountain. And we’ll be gazing more than a hundert vertical feet down to picturesque Dam lake: Dim Dam. This hike is amazing and one you’ll never forget!
We also arrange jeep safari tours and picnic tours for non-hikers to Dimcay River and mountain areas of Alanya.

Mahmutlar:08:30am – Obagöl :08:50am – Alanya Centrum between:09:00 to 09:20 am – Konaklı:08:30 am.
This tour can be done during the hot summer season early morning or late afternoon.
Return Time
Approximately 15:30hrs
What to wear and bring
Carry enough water for the day and your pack will get lighter as the day wears on.
You sould prefer suitable shoes fit properly and are comfortable.
Depending on the weather we suggest bringing sunscreen, insect repellent & brimmed hat.

IMPORTANT:
On the route is always a car in the area for any emergencies.
In the mountains it is much cooler than the center of Alanya (save sometimes 6-10 degrees).
The trip is not difficult but people must have some condition.
Take with the trip: Good shoes (sneakers or solid shoes), cap, tanning, oil, some water.
